Privacy

What we collect

One thing: your email address, if you choose to give it, either to keep using the free tool or to have a picture of your shot emailed to you. Alongside it we keep a consent flag (whether you ticked the box agreeing to occasional updates) and a timestamp. That is the whole list. No analytics scripts, no advertising trackers, no sale of data to anyone, ever.

What stays on your device

Table layouts, settings, and progress live in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device and we cannot see them.

Shot emails

When you ask for your shot by email, the picture is generated in your browser and sent once, to the address you typed, and only to that address.

Where it lives and who touches it

Emails are stored with Cloudflare (our hosting and database provider) and sends go through Resend (our email provider). Cloudflare Turnstile checks that submissions come from a person, not a bot. These providers process data on our behalf; none of them may use it for their own purposes.

Marketing

If you ticked the consent box, we may occasionally email you about POOLWARP. Every such email includes an unsubscribe link that works. If you did not tick the box, you will only ever receive what you asked for.

Deletion

Email hello@poolwarp.com with the address you want removed and we delete it. That is also the address for any privacy question, including rights under the CCPA/CPRA or GDPR.

Children

POOLWARP is a general-audience tool and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
